CMS Must Reimburse LTCHs for Bad Debt When They Were Non-Medicaid Participating Providers, U.S. Court in DC Says

Consistent with a previous order, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia held September 20 that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) must reimburse eight long term care hospitals (LTCHs) for bad debt reimbursement claims while they were non-Medicaid participating providers.
