About the Program
The Institute on Medicare and Medicaid Payment Issues is the most comprehensive program available on legal and regulatory issues related to reimbursement. Knowing the Medicare and Medicaid laws, regulations, and guidance is not enough to advise clients properly; it is imperative to understand how these various authorities are being implemented.
Participation by representatives from government agencies such as OIG, CMS, OGC, and DOJ distinguishes the Institute and attendees benefit from hearing their insights on regulatory and enforcement efforts. The Institute serves as a forum for bringing together knowledgeable reimbursement counsel and specialists from the public and private sectors to learn from one another.
