U.S. Court in DC Nixes Action Against AARP over Medigap Payments

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia granted November 2 summary judgment to AARP in a putative class action alleging it wrongly retained a “commission” on the sale of Medicare supplemental health insurance policies, known as "Medigap."
