Mark your calendars for AHLA’s annual Health Law Week! 

This special week is dedicated to honoring the contributions of our members, volunteers, donors, and leaders, while showcasing the resources and opportunities that make AHLA such a vibrant community. It’s also a chance to welcome prospective members, connect with affinity bar associations, and spotlight the ways AHLA supports the health law profession. 

What to Expect in 2026 

Member & Volunteer Recognition – Daily features, stories, and testimonials highlighting the people who make AHLA thrive. 

Exclusive Access to Resources – Complimentary access to Health Law Daily, Health Law Weekly, and the latest digital issue of Health Law Connections. 

Learning Opportunities – Two free on-demand educational offerings available January 26–February 16 (non-CLE), plus podcasts and tips/tools released throughout the week. 

Live Programming & Networking – Career insights, mentoring discussions, inclusion-focused conversations, virtual networking, and community storytelling. 

Celebration Events – Join us for a Virtual Awards Reception recognizing recipients of the Excellence in Adjunct Teaching Award, IDEA Champion, and the students who received the Michael Anthony F. Health Law Scholarship leaders and contributors across the Association. 

Membership Offers – Special discounted membership opportunities for new participants who join during Health Law Week.

  • Monday, January 26 – Kick off the week with fresh resources, career insights, and a virtual networking session to connect with peers. 
  • Tuesday, January 27 – Join our mentoring series and a special inclusion-focused discussion with representatives from diverse bar associations. 
  • Wednesday, January 28 – Explore AHLA’s Dispute Resolution Service, then connect at a joint Early Career/Women in Health Law networking event. 
  • Thursday, January 29 – Share stories during our Member Storytelling Hour and celebrate our community at the Virtual Awards Reception. 
  • Friday, January 30 – Wrap up the week with additional networking opportunities and member spotlights.
