OSHA Largely Withdraws ETS for Protecting Health Care Workers from COVID-19, Unions Ask Court to Require Permanent Rule

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) withdrew December 27, 2021 the non-recordkeeping portions of the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) for protecting health care workers from COVID-19, saying it needed more time to devise a permanent rule.
