B. Brandon Au, DDS, Inc., d/b/a New Vision Dental (New Vision Dental) paid $23,000 to resolve an investigation into potential violations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability in responding to negative online review, the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced December 14.
