CMS Rescinds Rule Tying Medicare Drug Prices to International Benchmarks

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a final rule in the December 29, 2021 Federal Register (86 Fed. Reg. 73986) withdrawing a controversial Trump administration interim final rule to align certain Medicare drug reimbursement with international prices.
