New Mexico Reaches $44 Million Opioid Settlement with Johnson & Johnson

New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas said January 14 that the state will participate in a $5 billion multi-state agreement announced last year that would resolve thousands of claims against drug maker Johnson & Johnson (J&J) and two related companies over their alleged roles in fueling the opioid epidemic.
