U.S. Court in New Mexico Strikes Most of Physician’s Counterclaims in Non-Compete Contract Dispute

The U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico dismissed November 7 all but one of a physician’s counterclaims in a suit over a 2012 noncompetition agreement (NCA). The court found the counterclaims generally conclusory and lacking in factual allegations sufficient to plausibly support them.
