CMS Expects Lower Medicare Part B Premiums in 2023

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is expecting lower Medicare Part B premiums for 2023 after factoring in cost savings from lower-than-expected spending in 2022 following a 50% price cut for Aduhelm™, a monoclonal antibody used for treating Alzheimer’s disease, according to a May 27 press release.
