On Thursday, May 22, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives passed The One Big, Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 (Bill). While there are still likely to be major changes to the Bill, it is important for all health care stakeholders that interact with Medicaid to be aware of the changes to the program that are being discussed. Whatever the Bill’s final form, it is clear that there will be major changes to Medicaid.
