Consolidated Billing for Organizations

Simplify Membership Administration for Your Team

Organizations with multiple AHLA members can consolidate annual membership billing into a single invoice through AHLA’s Consolidated Billing Program. Each member retains their individually selected membership level and all associated benefits — the program simplifies administration and renewal for your organization. There is no minimum team size required to participate.

How It Works

• Single annual invoice — Covering all members in your organization
• Flexible roster management — Members can be added or removed throughout the year, with dues prorated to align with your group’s renewal date
• Individual membership portability — Each membership belongs to the individual and remains with them if they leave your organization
• Mixed tier support — Members in your organization are not required to select the same membership level
