FDA Commissioner Says There Are More Than 144 Active Trials For Therapeutic Agents For COVID-19

Bloomberg Law (6/30, Klimasinska, Parker, Subscription Publication) reports FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn “says at coronavirus task force briefing that there are more than 144 active trials of therapeutic agents for” COVID-19. Hahn indicated “he expects readouts of those trials in late summer or early fall” and that “four vaccines have been approved to go into clinical trials” with another six in the pipeline.
