In the latest episode of this series where C-suite leaders discuss the key trends and developments shaping the health care industry, Rob Gerberry, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Summa Health, and Emily Grey, Partner, Breazeale Sachse & Wilson, explore the role Chief Information Officers currently play in helping health systems and plans execute their strategic plans, along with digital health and IT trends that have accelerated during the pandemic. Some of the trends discussed include the rise of telehealth and remote monitoring, addressing patient care through data management and analytics, and the role of digital devices from a clinical standpoint.
