Nevada Health Care Staffing Company Ordered to Pay $139,000 in Criminal “No Poach” Case

A federal judge in Nevada ordered VDA OC LLC (VDA), a health care staffing company, to pay $139,000 after it pleaded guilty to conspiring with a competitor to allocate employee nurses and to fix their wages, the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division announced October 27.
