CMS to End Certain COVID-Related Blanket Waivers for Nursing Homes

The Centers for Medicare & Medicare Services (CMS) will start phasing out certain temporary emergency waivers for long term care and other facilities that have been in effect throughout the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE), the agency announced April 7.
