U.S. Court in New York Nixes Long-Running Whistleblower Action Against Allergan as Untimely

A federal court in New York dismissed June 10 a long-running whistleblower action alleging Allergan Inc. violated the Anti-Kickback Statute by providing physicians free drug samples and office supplies to induce the prescription of its eye care products and causing the submission of false claims.
