Senate Panel Advances Measure to Reauthorize FDA User Fees

The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee approved this week legislation (S. 4348) to reauthorize the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) user fee programs, which are set to expire September 30.
