Hospital’s Pre-stabilization Transfer Did Not Violate EMTALA, Seventh Circuit Says

Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital (IUHB) complied with the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act’s (EMTALA’s) requirements for the pre-stabilization transfer of a patient and therefore did not violate the anti-dumping law, the Seventh Circuit held July 6.
