U.S. Court in North Carolina Holds Labcorp’s Patient Form Not Deceptive for Failing to Disclose List Prices

The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina dismissed February 13 a putative class action alleging Labcorp engaged in unfair or deceptive trade practices by not revealing list prices for services in its patient acknowledgment.
