CMS Proposes Home Health Payment Update for 2022, Nationwide Expansion of Value-Based Purchasing Model

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued June 28 a proposed rule that would increase Medicare rates under the home health prospective payment system by 1.7%, or $310 million, in calendar year (CY) 2022.
