U.S. Court in Utah Rejects ERISA Claims Against Oxford over Wilderness Therapy Coverage Denials

The U.S. District Court for the District of Utah granted summary judgment to Oxford Health Plans, Inc. on claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) that it improperly denied coverage of a teenager’s mental health and substance abuse treatment at several residential facilities.
