U.S. Court in Illinois Refuses to Amend Finding that Safeway Didn’t Violate FCA

A relator failed to show the court’s previous decision finding Safeway didn’t knowingly violate the False Claims Act (FCA) was incorrect, thus the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois rejected November 13 the relator’s motion to alter its judgment.
