Substance Abuse Clinic Manager Handed Five Months in Jail for Kickbacks

Theresa C. Merced was sentenced to five months imprisonment for soliciting kickbacks from a toxicology laboratory in exchange for urine drug testing referrals, Robert M. Duncan, Jr., U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, announced May 11.
