Twelve skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in Rhode Island and Massachusetts operated by Genesis HealthCare Inc. agreed to pay a civil penalty and adopt non-discrimination policies to resolve allegations they denied admission to patients taking medications for treating opioid use disorder.
