FTC Requires DaVita to Divest Three Dialysis Clinics, Restores Prior Approval Policy

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) issued October 25 a proposed order requiring dialysis service provider DaVita, Inc. to divest three dialysis clinics that it acquired from University of Utah Health.
