OIG Finds Vast Majority of Nursing Home COVID-19 Data Met Reporting Requirements, But Identifies Some Gaps

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) posted required COVID-19 data from the vast majority of nursing homes, although the data were not complete or accurate for about 5% nursing homes, the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General found in a recent audit report.
