AHA Seeks HHS Meeting on 340B Reimbursement Cut Remedy for Hospitals

The American Hospital Association (AHA) asked to meet with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to discuss the agency's forthcoming proposal for remedying underpayments made to 340B hospitals under outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS) final rules that were ruled unlawful.
