Psychiatrist Indicted for Unlawful Distribution of Controlled Substances and Health Care Fraud

Psychiatrist Mohamad Och was indicted on eight counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and two counts of health care fraud, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts Nathaniel R. Mendell announced July 20.
