Podiatrists and Medical Practice Settle Improper Device Billing Allegations

Podiatrists Adam Teichman and Thomas Rocchio, and R T Equity Holdings LLC and PA Foot & Ankle Associates LLC have agreed to pay $181,758 to resolve liability under the False Claims Act for the alleged improper billing of certain medical devices, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Jennifer Arbittier Williams announced June 16.
