Texas Appeals Court Affirms Dismissal of Retaliation Claims

The Court of Appeals of Texas affirmed April 8 the dismissal of a state law retaliation action, finding the defendant physician group was not a “hospital” under the statute and the hospital defendants were not “employers” under the statute.
