French Medical Device Manufacturer to Pay $2 Million to Resolve Kickback, Open Payments Allegations

Medicrea International, a French medical device manufacturer, and its American affiliate Medicrea USA Inc., have agreed to pay a total of $2 million to resolve allegation that they violated the Anti-Kickback Statute and the physician Open Payments Program, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Jennifer Arbittier William announced May 19.
