Incyte Corp. Agrees to $12.6 Million Settlement of Allegations of Paying Kickbacks Through Foundation

Delaware-based Incyte Corp. agreed to pay $12.8 million to resolve claims that it violated the False Claims Act by illegally using a foundation as a conduit to cover the copays of Medicare and TRICARE beneficiaries taking the pharmaceutical company’s myelofibrosis drug, Jakafi, the Department of Justice announced May 4.
