DeGette, Upton Unveil Cures 2.0 Framework to Address Pandemic Testing, Surveillance

Two House lawmakers unveiled April 27 a bipartisan “concept paper” outlining next steps for crafting follow-on legislation to the 21st Century Cures Act. Cures 2.0 would look to further modernize the health care delivery system to improve, among other things, surveillance and testing capabilities.
