Dignity Health Hospital, Surgical Group Pay $10 Million over Improper Billing Allegations

Arizona-based Neurosurgical Associates, LTD and a Dignity Health hospital agreed to pay $10 million to resolve allegations they violated the False Claims Act by improperly billing Medicare, Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona Glenn McCormick announced May 5.
