A federal court in Texas held September 7 that the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA’s) mandate requiring private health insurance to cover drugs to prevent HIV violated the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) as to Christian for-profit corporation Braidwood Management Inc.
