Administration Issues No Surprises Proposed Rule on Air Ambulance Data Reporting, Enforcement

The Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS), Labor, and Treasury, along with the Office of Personnel Management, issued a proposed rule (86 Fed. Reg. 51730) to implement provisions of the No Surprises Act requiring air ambulance providers and health plans to submit data on air ambulance services.
