Johnson & Johnson Subsidiary Agrees to $10 Million Settlement of False Claims Allegations

Johnson & Johnson (J&J) subsidiary Medical Device Business Services, Inc. has agreed to pay $10 million to settle allegations that Therakos, Inc., a former J&J subsidiary, promoted a drug for unapproved uses in pediatric patients, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania William M. McSwain announced November 19.
