Sixth Circuit Vacates Injunction Blocking ProMedica’s Bid to Drop Rival Hospital from Insurance Network

The Sixth Circuit vacated August 10 a preliminary injunction preventing ProMedica Health System’s insurance subsidiary from ending its relationship with St. Luke’s Hospital as an in-network provider after the Ohio hospital was acquired by a larger health system.
