Supreme Court Won’t Review Decision Reviving Whistleblower Action Against Illinois Medicaid Managed Care Organization

The Supreme Court declined October 17 to review a Seventh Circuit decision reversing the dismissal of a qui tam lawsuit against a Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) in Illinois alleging it was paid a higher capitation rate for certain skilled nursing facility (SNF) services that it was not actually providing.
