States Challenge HHS Final Rule Rolling Back LGBTQ Protections

A coalition of 23 state attorneys general have sued the federal government over a recently issued final rule that removed protections for LGBTQ individuals under the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA’s) nondiscrimination provision, Section 1557.
