U.S. Court in DC Says DSH Action Should Be Remanded to HHS Given Forthcoming Rule

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia said a lawsuit challenging certain disproportionate share hospital (DSH) payments should be remanded to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in light of a forthcoming rule addressing the question at the heart of the challenge.
