D.C. Circuit Rejects Challenge to Medicare Payment Denial of Telehealth Services Provided Abroad

The D.C. Circuit rejected January 18 a telehealth company’s action challenging the Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS') determination that telemedicine services provided by physicians outside the United States are ineligible for Medicare reimbursement.
