SAMHSA to Distribute $3 Billion for Mental Health, Substance Use Block Grant Programs

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) will distribute $3 billion to states and territories through the agency’s mental health and substance use block grant programs, according to a May 18 announcement.
