HHS Extends Enforcement Discretion for Certain Self-Pay Good Faith Estimates

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is further delaying enforcement of a requirement under the No Surprises Act that providers give uninsured or self-pay patients a good faith estimate (GFE) that includes expected charges from co-providers or co-facilities.
