U.S. Court in Tennessee Dismisses Certain Fraud Charges as Time Barred

The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee dismissed December 7 three counts of a superseding indictment against the owner of management company MedManagement, Inc., finding the counts time barred under the relevant five-year statute of limitations.
