DME Company Owner Gets Three Years in Prison for Kickback Scheme

Brandy McKay, who owned or managed multiple durable medical equipment (DME) companies, was sentenced to three years imprisonment and ordered to pay $7,520,779.00 in restitution, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri announced January 20.
