Alabama Announces $276 Million Settlement of Opioid-Related Claims Against Drug Manufacturers, Distributor

Alabama reached a settlement totaling roughly $276 million with drug manufacturers Johnson & Johnson, Endo Pharmaceutical and distributor McKesson to resolve claims alleging they played a role in fueling the state’s opioid crisis, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall announced April 21.
