HHS Establishes New Medicare Drug Rebate and Negotiations Group

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued October 14 (87 Fed. Reg. 62433) a notice establishing the Medicare Drug Rebate and Negotiations Group to implement Medicare drug price negotiation and rebate provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA).
