U.S. Court in Minnesota Tosses Action Against Walmart, Hy-Vee for Refusing to Fill Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine Prescriptions

On August 19, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota dismissed a lawsuit against Walmart, Inc. and Hy-Vee, Inc. alleging tort claims related to defendants’ refusals to fill plaintiffs’ prescriptions for ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to treat their COVID-19 infections.
